"Calvary"
Artist's
Statement
"Calvary"
is painted with lacquered acrylic on wood panel, in a geometric
expressionist style which rewards quiet contemplation.
The vertical format and the triangular massing of the composition is
intended to lift the gaze of the viewer upwards, through the various
stages of human existence, over the 'building blocks' of every day
life and through the beauty of nature (represented in abstract form)
towards a higher ideal and the glory of God. "Calvary" is a
representation of this ideal.

Statement
Romans1:20
"Since the creation His invisible qualities, His eternal power and
divine nature, have been clearly seen and understood through what He
has made".
I see the glory of god in His creations, especially all the beautiful
flowers.

"Seven days"
Artist's
statement
"Every day of our lives we see and feel THE GLORY OF GOD. We are
surrounded by His Glory. He has created our world, the universe,
everything that grows and every living creature. He has created man
and woman and has bestowed upon them the gifts of love, emotion,
intelligence, understanding and compassion and above all, He has
given them a soul. Surely these miracles are glorious!
My painting of the creation " Seven Days" is abstract and symbolic. I hope that it evokes deep thought and creative interpretation."

"WITHOUT WORRIES"
Lead progresso
My artwork
entitled 'Without Worries' reflects on the theme "In the
Beginning"
as in the beginning when God created the earth, there were no worries
nor was there a need to stress.
I have tried to symbolise this notion through the image of the
carefree young
girl as she enjoys the 'beginning' of her life.
